J. K. Rowling . . . Success IS Possible
I watched a special tonight about Joanne Rowling. The cameras followed her for the year prior to the release of The Deathly Hallows, the last book of the Harry Potter series. It was inspiring (the limos, the luxury jets, the red carpet . . . <SIGH>

Most interesting, though, was the way she glowed when she talked about her story and how good it felt to know that so many people were reading the words she wrote. The writing is definitely what drives her.
And I understand that. Not many people read my words, but those that do, make me very happy.
So, I sit down to write a few words of my own tonight feeling a common bond with J. K. Rowling . . . and that feels darned good.
